Joe’s Role:  Project Director for Lincoln Center Development Project on behalf of the Film Society of Lincoln Center - Responsible for project management of interior fit out through design and for core and shell through construction.

Project Challenges:  The Film Center required acoustic isolation from the central plant below, fountain/plaza above and adjacent loading dock and garage entrance driveway.  Advanced structural separation and acoustic isolation techniques combined to provide the NC ratings that the Film Society required.
