Joe’s Role:  Senior Project Manager for Quartararo & Associates - Responsible for project management through design and into construction and occupancy.  In 2006 Dodger Stages was sold to New World Stages.

Project Challenges:  The 5-plex cinema at World Wide Plaza had been dark for several years when Dodger Theatricals acquired the long term lease.  Q&A was hired to manage the conversion to 6 off-broadway legitimate theaters and a cafe.
