Joe’s Role:  As Vice President Facilities Development and Operations reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Joe had overall responsibility for project management and owner representation from concept through occupancy. 

Project Challenges:  As the World Financial Center Tower continued in construction,  Barneys built out this 10,000 square foot high end mens retail store - the first store away from its flagship at Seventh Avenue and Seventh Street.
